12-201.      Public use; allowed.

The City hereby deems it advisable to allow public use of the community room, scout hut, concession stand, or city hall.

12-202.      Same; lease agreement.

Any person or organizations desiring to use the facility shall contact the City Clerk’s office and shall execute a written Lease Agreement on forms and under such conditions as prescribed in said agreement prior to their use of the premises.
